Terms of Service

By using the WillFind platform (hereinafter — «Platform»), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• Registration is required to publish business profiles.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password.
• You are obligated to provide accurate information.
• The platform may block an account for violating the rules.

It is prohibited to publish:

• False or misleading information about services
• Illegal or prohibited services
• Spam, competitor ads, offensive content
• Personal data of third parties without their consent

All business profiles go through moderation before publication. The platform reserves the right to reject or remove listings without explanation.

WillFind is a marketplace and technical platform. It does not provide the services listed by businesses and does not guarantee their quality, availability or performance. The agreement for a service is made directly between the customer and the business.

WillFind may provide a technical mechanism for customers to select available times and create appointments with participating businesses. By using online booking:

• the business is responsible for keeping its services, availability, opening hours and contact information accurate
• the customer is responsible for providing accurate booking information and for contacting the business when necessary
• a booking confirms an appointment in WillFind; the underlying service agreement remains between the customer and the business
• a booking may be cancelled before its start where the product allows it; changes to an appointment should be agreed directly with the business
• Google Calendar and other external calendars, where available, are optional helper integrations; WillFind does not guarantee their uninterrupted or error-free operation
• an external calendar synchronisation is not an independent legal confirmation of a service agreement

All Platform materials (design, logos, content) are the property of WillFind. Copying without written permission is prohibited.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes means your agreement to the new version.
